When and how will my order be shipped ?
All orders to the U.S. contiguous 48 states ship via UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada ship via U.S. Postal Service and/or Canada Post, respectively. Over 95% of all orders ship out from our facility within 24 hours (business days); some orders ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS when your order is shipped – it will include tracking information and a scheduled delivery date. In the rare event of a delay, you will be notified by email or phone and will have the option to cancel your order, if you wish to.

Do you have any kits containing a skin stapler or a suture kit ?
Yes. Our #1010 Pro Model Canine Kit, #2020 Pro Model Canine Kit and #3030 Pro Model Canine Kit all have a skin stapler. In fact, the #2020 and #3030 Pro Models contain a Staple Remover as well. However, we urge you to consult your veterinarian on its proper use.

How do I get a refund or replacement kit ?
Less than 1% of our kits have been returned to us since we opened in 1991. However, if you would like a refund or replacement (please specify which one), just ship the product and receipt back to us via UPS or FedEx to the address below. The product price is refundable - shipping charges are not refundable. You will be notified by email when the refund or replacement process has been completed.

Just call the 800 # on the insert card included with your kit. The representative will need the number stamped on the back of the card, and some brief information about you and your pet.
